To ensure that existing employees are always aware of new colleagues or job changes, integration with Azure Active Directory has been implemented to update the organizational structure of staff and employee data.
And the implemented onboarding module helps to get used to the workplace faster. Now employees can immerse themselves in the company’s processes without involving HR, and mentors can easily track the onboarding processes online.
It is important for Digitain not only to recruit highly professional employees, but also to assess the qualifications and productivity of existing ones. The SMART HCM & LMS system’s assessment module helps to monitor the performance of both individual people and entire departments; both key performance indicators and competencies and skills. After automating the Assessment process, more than 3,400 employee assessment forms have been collected.
