Office Manager

  • SMART business is currently looking for an Office Manager.
    A person who will be responsible for maintaining the office and creating a comfortable atmosphere in it.

    Skills required:

    • High level of organization and punctuality;
    • Higher education;
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
    • English (spoken and written) – at least Upper-Intermediate level;
    • Knowledge of PC at the level of a competent user (MS Office, Internet, Outlook), office equipment, mini-PBS;
    • Knowledge of the basics of office operation;
    • Customer focus, sociability, organizational skills, active life stance;
    • Ability to quickly learn new information;
    • Desire to learn, develop and work in the field of administration.

    Functional duties:

    • Administrative and economic support of the office (purchase of products and supplies for the office, ordering water, office supplies, budgeting);
    • Maintaining internal and external document flow (transfer, sending, control, accounting, safety of documents, sending letters);
    • Work with mini-PBS and office equipment;
    • Correspondence processing;
    • Performing tasks assigned by the management;
    • Participation in the organization of corporate events;
    • Participation in the administration of the test center.
