SMART business invites Contract Manager to join its team.
Skills required:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a contract manager, tender manager or sales assistant;
- Experience with electronic document management systems;
- Experience in drawing up and approving documents at different levels;
- English at the Intermediate level and higher;
- Ability to prioritize tasks;
- Responsibility, attention to detail.
Will be an advantage:
- Legal education would be an advantage, but is not the key requirement.
Functional duties:
- Drawing up contracts and necessary documentation and maintaining document flow with the company’s customers;
- Business correspondence and communication with customers regarding document flow;
- Preparing documentation for participation in tenders;
- Keeping the data of counterparties up-to-date in the system;
- Maintaining a register of documentation.
