    Skills required:

    • Higher education.
    • Knowledge of marketing techniques, company brand development and management models, sales techniques and methods, as well as experience in their practical application.
    • Managerial skills (operational thinking, change management skills, performance management, time management, resource management, building interpersonal relationships, etc.).
    • Experience with CRM system and YouTube channel.
    • High level of multitasking skills and independence.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Responsibility, proactivity, diligence, focus on results and teamwork, flexibility and perseverance.
    • Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, ability to structure and organize information.
    • English at the Upper-Intermediate level and higher.

    Functional duties:

    • Customer journey mapping. Creating and implementing an email marketing strategy.
    • Journey Analytics: Analyzing customer interactions by touchpoints.
    • Testing interaction hypotheses based on the data obtained (choosing audience, roles, industries, solutions for business processes / tasks) to measure results.
    • Journey Design: planning activities to improve communication and response.
    • Providing high-quality segmentation and clustering of customers.
    • Creating and maintaining a calendar of communications with customers, managing customer mailings: launching, tracking, customizing and analyzing reports on mail campaigns. Design and implementation of trigger-/event-based emails.
    • Maintaining customer base in the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Connecting landing pages, feedback forms to CRM.
    • Support for online events as part of increasing interest in products / solutions.
    • Coordination and support for online events in Microsoft Teams.
