    Skills required:

    • Experience in consulting sales (at least 5 years)
    • Experience in consulting and pre-sale (having both will be an advantage)
    • Expertise in reconciling business processes with product capabilities
    • Experience of managing complex projects of launching and adoption (including use) of technologies
    • Ability to understand technical aspects of Microsoft technologies at a basic level:
      User applications
      Cybersecurity applications


    Functional duties:

    • Increasing the number of active users of Microsoft Teams and, if necessary, other Office 365 products (SharePoint, Yammer, Intune, Office ProPlus)
    • Responsibility for the level of Microsoft Teams (and other products) use by the client
    • Attracting experts (internal and external) to increase the level of use of each product and maximize ROI for the client
    • Building, maintaining and leveraging relationships with CxO, key contacts, business and technical decision makers
    • Clear articulating and documenting business results and formulating plans to achieve the goals of clients, key employees, project stages and risk reduction
    • Launching and managing Office 365 implementation and use processes and projects
    • Building business cases from successful client stories
    • Connecting client service managers to new deals that appear during the adaptation project with technical and business contacts
    • Explaining and advising on how to organize effective communication and project work in the company using Office 365
    • Formulating and transmitting a vision of launch, progress and measurable results in adaptation projects for users, IT and information security services
